Xena Ugrinsky brings over 35 years of elite experience in advanced analytics, data science, and technology-led transformation to the TriMetric Health Board of Directors. A globally recognized AI evangelist and author of Enterprise AI: Your Field Guide to the New Business Normal, Xena’s career is defined by her ability to harness complex data ecosystems to drive systemic change. At TriMetric Health, her unparalleled expertise in artificial intelligence is a critical asset in guiding the strategic development of the Patient360AI Enterprise platform.

Xena’s deep understanding of how to operationalize machine learning perfectly aligns with TriMetric Health’s core mission of Predictive Prevention. By leveraging advanced analytics to anticipate clinical needs and optimize care pathways, her strategic oversight ensures that Patient360AI Enterprise delivers a seamless, datadriven infrastructure. She provides the executive technological leadership required to transform massive, fragmented healthcare datasets into actionable, enterprise-wide clinical insights that prioritize proactive care and outcome optimization.

Currently the CEO of Adomo.AI, CTO and Founding Partner at Pilot Wave Holdings Management, and the CEO of Genre-X, Xena previously held senior leadership roles as a Partner at KPMG and as a Partner and Senior Vice President of Analytics, Cloud, and Strategy at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Xena is a dedicated champion for community and equitable tech
advancement. She serves on the board of FemSTEM USA, previously chaired the Grahams Foundation, and
recently served as Deputy Mayor and Trustee for the Village of Port Jefferson, New York. She holds an MBA in Information Systems from New York University and a BA in Finance from Hofstra University.
