Neil M. Meltzer, MPH, MHA

Neil M. Meltzer brings decades of transformative healthcare leadership and strategic governance to the TriMetric Health Board of Directors. As the Immediate Past President and CEO of LifeBridge Health - a position he held since 2013 - Meltzer is known for applying a distinctly community-focused approach to every healthcare decision. Under his visionary leadership, LifeBridge Health doubled in size through key acquisitions, including Carroll Hospital and Grace Medical Center, and expanded its footprint through comprehensive medical, retail, and community alliances. His operational expertise is rooted in his extensive tenure at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, which he joined as vice president of operations in 1988 before rising to president and chief operating officer.

Meltzer is a nationally recognized voice in public health innovation. He was selected by former President Barack Obama as one of 15 national workforce healthcare champions, and in June 2023, he was appointed to a federal healthcare advisory committee for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). His extensive board experience includes serving as the national chairman of the American Heart Association, chairing the Baltimore County Economic Development Advisory Board, and holding directorships with Get Well Network, Premier, and United WE.

A highly decorated executive, Meltzer was recently honored with the 2024 Watkins-Saunders Award for his outstanding commitment to overcoming health disparities. He holds a Master of Public Health and Health Administration from Tulane University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His proven track record of systemic growth and clinical innovation makes him an invaluable asset to the strategic vision of TriMetric Health.
